Agasalla Coruña is an initiative promoted by the Tourism Consortium of A Coruña with the aim of boosting and promoting tourism and gastronomy in the city through the first website for selling local experiences.
With Agasalla Coruña we invite you to share and give the gift of leisure, gastronomy, sensations and experiences, helping small businesses in A Coruña through responsible and sustainable consumption.

HOW IT WORKS

Agasalla Coruña is an online shop for hoteliers, restaurateurs and small businesses related to tourism and gastronomy in A Coruña dedicated to the sale of tourism and gastronomy experiences in the city.
Through this site you can buy experience vouchers to give as gifts (in individual or cross-experience format) supporting small local businesses.

PAYMENT METHODS. WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

Agasalla Coruña is a multiplatform for online sales of local tourist experiences, so the only payment method accepted is by credit card. Other payment methods such as bizum, paypal or cash on delivery are not accepted.

SHIPMENTS AND IN-STORE COLLECTION

Once the user buys an Agasalla Coruña Experience will automatically arrive at the email with which you have registered an email with the order confirmation and the identifier of the purchase made.

The user will be able to choose between:

Receive their Experience Voucher in digital format by email.

Receive their Experience Voucher physically at the address of their choice through a courier system.  
Pick up your Experience Voucher at one of Agasalla Coruña's partner travel agencies (consult the list of agencies and their addresses on our website).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The confirmation of the order to the email provided by the customer will arrive immediately once the purchase is made.
The digital voucher may take between 24-48 hours to be delivered to the email address provided. The physical voucher for home delivery will be received within 24-72 hours after the order confirmation email. The physical voucher for pick-up at your nearest travel agency will be available within 24-72 hours after the order confirmation email.
Once you have made your purchase, the local business will automatically be informed of your order, so it will be available for redemption once it is received (in all cases, always subject to prior reservation and depending on the availability of each establishment).

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

The shipping costs are as follows:
Local shipping cost (A Coruña city) 3€.
Regional shipping cost (Galicia): 5€.
National shipping costs (rest of Spain): 6,90€.
The delivery of the voucher in digital format and collection at a travel agency is completely free of charge.

CAN I BUY MY AGASALLA VOUCHER AND SEND IT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN AS A GIFT?

Yes, you can put the address you want so that the voucher arrives physically to the person you want to "agasallar". Our physical voucher is sustainable and very Atlantic, so you will surprise the person who receives it.

CAN I RETURN WHAT I HAVE BOUGHT?

No, under no circumstances. As these are tourist experiences to promote small local businesses in A Coruña, the vouchers cannot be returned, exchanged or exchanged for cash or other similar products. Once you have made your purchase, it is effective immediately at the establishment of your choice, so no refunds are allowed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT PER ORDER?

DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

Yes, whenever you place an order at Agasalla Coruña you will receive the proof of purchase with a breakdown of the products purchased and the purchase identifier. DO THE PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDE TAXES?

Yes, taxes are included in the price indicated on each product.

IF I CHOOSE THE PHYSICAL VOUCHER FORMAT, WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE VENUE TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER?

It's very simple. All you have to do is present your experience voucher and the ID (identifier) of the purchase so that each establishment can validate the ID of that order. As prior reservation and confirmation of the establishment is essential to enjoy your experience, to make the reservation effective you must provide your name and ID of your purchase. So once you go to enjoy your Agasalla voucher, the establishment will already have your details (from the previous booking). Even so, don't forget to bring your physical voucher to reconfirm.

IS A PAPER VOUCHER NECESSARY?

In the case of a physical voucher, yes, always accompanied by the order ID. In the case of a digital voucher, you just need to show it on your mobile phone, always with the order ID and your details.

I NEED AN INVOICE. CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE?

Yes, in all purchases you will have a box to enter your billing details so that we can issue the requested invoice.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ENJOY MY PURCHASE?

The time to enjoy the experience voucher is from your purchase until January 2022 (always prior reservation and depending on the availability of each establishment). To book experiences you will have to contact the establishment directly by telephone or email.
