La Penela's establishments are unique due to their geographical location (A Coruña, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and Bogotá), their architecture and their atmosphere, in which our customers feel comfortable celebrating their private or business meals.
Galician cuisine with top quality raw materials, which undergo strict controls at the supply points, such as the fish market in A Coruña, before arriving at our restaurants. "Product cuisine", that is why our aim is to always offer the best and in its best season for consumption. This means that not all the products on our menu are always available, but we will always have high quality alternatives to offer our customers.
The Food Menu is divided into five main sections. STARTERS: Among which we can highlight the Betanzos Omelette, homemade Croquettes, the Zamburiñas Empanada and the Octopus a Feira. SEAFOOD: According to daily availability in the fish market, with special attention to the Clams a la Marinera, Barnacles and Crayfish of the Day. FISH: Also depending on availability at the fish market, with special emphasis on Hake, Grouper and Turbot. MEATS: Among which the famous Roast Veal La Penela, the Callos a la Gallega or the Entrecote and the Sirloin Steak stand out. HANDCRAFTED DESSERTS: We highlight the Fried Milk and the Filloas with Caramel Cream. THE WINE LIST: The Wine List has references of the main Denominations of Origin of Spain with special attention to the wines of Galicia, La Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
